During a tough year in 2010, Cesar Millan, better known as the “Dog Whisperer,” attempted suicide. The admission is made by the 43-year-old in “Cesar Millan: The Real Story,” a documentary airing on Nat Geo Wild on November 25. At one point Millan had been at the top of his game, with celebrity clients, a hit TV show and international recognition as an advocate for bully breeds. But soon after the loss of his 16-year-old pit bull Daddy in February of 2010, his wife of 16 years, Ilusion Millan, filed for divorce. “I was at the lowest level I had ever been emotionally and psychologically,” Milan wrote on his blog in August. Speaking about the loss of his dog, Milan told the Associated Press, “Daddy was my Tibet, my Himalaya, my Gouda, my Buddha, my source of calmness.

Key:

  • Aggregate Sentiment is meant to be an indicator of an individual's overall sentiment.
  • The Mean is meant to be an indicator of an individual's average comment sentiment.
  • The Standard Deviation, when there are enough quotes, will indicate an individual's consistency of sentiment (i.e. a Standard Deviation of 0 would mean they were very consistent in their sentiment and 1 would mean they were very inconsistent).

Note that quote stats are likely to be meaningless beyond the aggregate score due to the tiny sample size. However, they are always provided just in case you find something useful there.
