One fan has reportedly gone where (almost) no man has gone before and was granted to opportunity to watch "Star Trek Into Darkness" more than five months before its release date, according to his friends and family. Reddit user ideeyut wrote on the website that his friend Dan was terminally ill and his last wish was to see the newest "Star Trek" move, which is scheduled to be released May 17. Dan's wife gave ideeyut a note to post which explained that her husband had chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) -- a form of cancer that starts inside bone marrow and causes the production of irregular of white blood cells which become cancerous -- as well as another tumor that was attacking his liver.
